VOLUNTEER & OPEN CALLS

JOIN US to co-create the Third Eye magical experience and become an integral part of the festival gathering. There are various volunteer roles available, such as assisting with building/taking down, decorating, overseeing the collective painting area and greeting attendees. If you're available before, during, or after the festival, we welcome your support. Register now to volunteer and contribute to create a memorable event!​

Duration
Build-up: from Tue. Sep 3 to Fri. Sep 6
Festival shifts: from Fri. Sep 6 to Sunday. Sep 8
Breakdown: from Mon. Sep 9 to Wed. Sep 11
Minimal requirements

We ask you to commit, at least, to either:

3 to 4 days of build up and/or break down,
-
3 days of festival shifts.
Build up/Breakdown days include 8 hours of work per day.
Festival shifts include between 5 to 7 hours of work per day.
You need to have a VALID ticket even if you are chosen as a volunteer, but the ticket price will be refunded to you after your coordinator has confirmed that your assigned tasks have been carried out.
Benefits Depending on the shifts, chosen or assigned, the following benefits will be offered to you:

3 meals per day (during construction/deconstruction)

1 meal per day (during festival shifts)

Open Call: Light Installations
We are looking forward to reading your concepts for light installations, interactive experiences, light sculptures, visual mapping, etc. feel free to unleash your creativity! Please note: The light art must be weatherproof!

Guidelines

Project Overview (max. 300 words): Describe the concept, content, and format of your project.

Project Execution (max. 200 words):

Outline your production timeline and methodology.

Specify any personnel requirements, detailing each role in bringing your project to life at the festival.

Provide technical specifications; we respect your autonomy for optimal performance.

CV and/or Portfolio (max. 2 pages): Include full contact details: first name(s), last name(s), phone number, email, location, etc.

Budget (max. 1 page):

Provide a detailed breakdown of production expenses.

If additional funding is required, indicate funding sources and their status (confirmed or expected).

Include an online video link (if available).

Share up to 8 pictures and/or sketches showcasing your project.

Things to Know Before You Apply
Vendor Stand Timeline
─ ​Setup: You’re welcome to arrive Friday morning for setup.
─ Festival Duration: The festival opens to guests from Friday at 13:00 to Monday at noon.
─ Teardown: You can leave on Monday morning or afternoon.

Rent
We ask for transparency regarding your pricing and offerings so that we can determine a fair rent for your stand.
